Every detail of the room radiates the perfect harmony of modern luxury and homely comfort, ensuring that every moment spent here is an unforgettable experience. The jewel of the room is an elegant, freestanding bathtub, accompanied by fragrant bath salts, ensuring complete relaxation and enjoyment.
BEDROOM (2+2 PERSONS)
The second bedroom perfectly harmonizes tradition with modern comfort. The room boasts a full-size, 180 cm wide double bed, complemented by quality mattresses for truly restful sleep. This bedroom also features a comfortable sofa bed, which provides a full 140 cm wide sleeping surface for our guests.
LIVING ROOM WITH AMERICAN KITCHEN (2 PERSONS)
Enjoy the spacious living room with an American kitchen of our guesthouse. The living room’s convertible sofa is not only a comfortable seating option but can also be turned into an extra 140 cm wide bed if needed. Entertainment is provided by free Netflix service and a fast internet connection.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary tools. At your disposal are a sandwich maker, toaster, induction cooktop, electric oven, capsule and moka pot coffee makers, kettle, and dishwasher. In addition, our fully stocked utensils and kitchenware allow you to conjure home-cooked flavors on the table.
BATHROOM
On our lower level, you will find a well-equipped bathroom, which includes a shower, washing machine, hair dryer, liquid soap, as well as provided shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion.
We provide each guest with a bath sheet, a towel, and a soft bathrobe.
UPSTAIRS RESTROOM
Our upper level is equipped with a modern toilet and washbasin, ensuring comfort and practicality during your stay.
WELLNESS
Immerse yourself in relaxation and rejuvenate in our wellness area! Our facilities include a modern jacuzzi, the perfect spot for unwinding and refreshing.

The price includes full use of the apartment, including unlimited jacuzzi use, ping-pong table, the freestanding bathtub in the bedroom, as well as provided coffee, tea, and wine. Additionally, there is an outdoor bacon frying spot, cauldron and disc grilling opportunity, a cozy pergola, badminton options, as well as modern entertainment opportunities with Netflix access, fast internet connection, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cosmetic products are provided in the bathroom.
